Orders placed with Queen Status will ship within 24hrs unless outside of shipping days. Shipping takes place Tuesday - Saturday. Queen Status utilizes the United States Postal Service to expedite shipping. We offer a flat rate of $7.99.
Refunds & Returns.
Due to the personal nature of our products, Queen Status does not accept returns and will not issue refunds. Should Queen Status be at fault, a store credit will be issued to the purchaser. Purchasing from Queen Status is an acknowledgement of this binding agreement.

$1 from every total sale made by an individual customer will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative. This donation will be made quarterly and a statement will be forwarded to all customers who purchased during that time. You can learn more about this organization at eji.org.
