get your s.h.i.t. together

We all have some ‘tish’ we need to take care of.  Sometimes it’s minimal. Other times it’s the thing holding us back from reaching the next level.  However big or small, it’s time to address it, fix it and win!

2020 was labeled as, “The Year of Perfect Vision”.  We’ve been through a lot. Something should have kicked in to make you see what’s important, what’s worth it, what deserves your attention, what you need to let go of and where you need to improve.  Never fear!  Your fellow Queen is here with tips:

S.    Skincare – Drink water. Get enough sleep. Exercise. Cleanse. Exfoliate. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize. If you look good, you’ll feel good. Taking care of your skin is a chore which is well worth the rewards.

H. Happiness – Are you happy? If not, do you know the source of your misery?  If you do, address it.  Now. Don’t wait another day. Summon your courage, adjust your crown and face it head on.  It won’t be easy, if it were, you would have handled it already.  You can do this.  Being able to wake up happy tomorrow is priceless.

I.      Inner Peace – This is tied to happiness. You can’t have peace within if everything around you makes you unhappy.  You’ll have inner peace when you’re true to yourself. You’ll be in a state of emotional and mental poise, confidence and inner strength.

T.   Time – How do you spend your time?  Are you minding your own business? Are you taking time to pursue your dreams? Do you make time for family and friends? Stop spending time on negativity. Stop wasting time with people who don’t value you.  Cherish every moment and make every moment count!

Get your S.H.I.T. together!
